But those who did it know their blame, and I'm sure that the guilt you must feel would be far worse than any punishment you might receive. Now, don't you feel terrible? Don't you feel remorse for what you have done? Well, that's all I'm going to say about poor Flick.

I never shot my eye out and I really enjoyed my BB gun! I also loved that move, but we didn't see it this year. Joseph Durnal's Blog
Having gone to school in Northern Indiana, I am partial to this particular movie. I have seen eyes lost to BBs, but never one while shooting a BB gun. A more accurate statement should be "you'll shoot other kids' eyes out."
